A group of school students has been left shaken and bruised after their bus left the road and ended up in a ditch at Tatuanui, in eastern Waikato, on Wednesday.
Police say the bus ran off the road on Wednesday morning, but the driver managed to get it back on to the road.
However it then left the road again, and went into a ditch before finally stopping against a fence.
Police say the students were a bit shaken up and suffered some bruising but no one was seriously injured.
The driver was taken to a local medical centre for a check-up.
