Firefighters have put out a large fire at a church in the Auckland suburb of Ellerslie.
A Northern Fire Communications spokesperson says the fire service was alerted at 1.40pm on Saturday to the fire at the Christian City Church on Cawley Street.
The fire was on the second floor of the church.
There are no reported injuries.
The spokesperson says fire safety officers are at the scene investigating what caused the fire.
