Police, public health and licensing officials and two volunteers aged 16 and 17 visited 17 bars and liquors store in Porirua at the weekend

The teenagers successfully bought alcohol from three bars and a supermarket.

Senior Sergeant Stephen Sergeant says it is disappointing so many businesses flouted the law.
