The owners of an apartment block in the Wellington suburb of Thorndon have settled their multimillion-dollar dispute with those involved in developing the property.
The body corporate for the Stadium Gardens apartments had been seeking almost $13 million from several parties, including the developer, the builder, suppliers of cladding materials and Wellington City Council.
The High Court was due to begin on Monday hearing the case - believed to be Wellington's biggest leaky building claim.
Details of the settlement, reached before the case opened, are confidential under terms agreed by the parties.
