Police in Wellington are concerned for the wellbeing of a father and his seven-year-old daughter not seen since late on Tuesday night.
The girl and Lau Leota, 41 left his house in the northern suburb of Linden in a 1987 Toyota Corolla after an altercation.
Police believe she may require medical attention.
