Auckland District Health Board says it has got through three days of strike action by radiographers without incident.
But the board says another day-long strike by the group on Tuesday and a further strike by lab workers on Friday means it cannot resume normal services yet.
Fifty-five radiographers walked off the job in Auckland last Friday until 8am on Monday over pay.
Both the DHB and the Apex union say the strike went without incident.
