All Blacks cruise to victory over Scotland

New Zealand have easily beaten Scotland 49-3 at Murrayfield on Saturday.

The All Blacks led 28-3 at half time with Hosea Gear scoring two tries and Dan Carter and Mils Muliaina one each. Muliaina scored again after the break.

Rugby league convert Sonny Bill Williams, who made his debut against England last week, was named man of the match after a commanding performance at inside centre.

With half an hour left, the All Blacks coaches took the opportunity to give their reserves a run, and Conrad Smith and replacement Andy Ellis finished the scoring .

In other matches, England beat Australia 35-18 at Twickenham, South Africa squeezed past Wales 29-25 in Cardiff, Argentina beat Italy 22-16 at Verona, Ireland beat Samoa 20-10 in Dublin and France beat Fiji 34-12 in Nantes.
