Police in Auckland have recaptured the second prisoner who escaped from Manukau District Court over a week ago.
Perry Bristow and Vincent Geros were being escorted from the cells to court by a contracted security guard when they got away.
Mr Geros was caught last week and police say Mr Bristow was arrested in West Auckland about 11pm on Monday.
He was found at an apartment block in Westward Ho Road.
Mr Bristow was to appear in court on Tuesday charged with escaping from custody.
