Members of the PPTA will refuse to teach year 10 secondary school students on Tuesday.
The strike will be the latest in a series that has run throughout this school term, as teachers protest at stalled collective agreement negotiations.
The last strike for this year is scheduled for Wednesday next week and will affect year 9 students.
The Post Primary Teachers Association says it will continue the industrial action in the new year if necessary.
Meanwhile, union members in area schoools have been meeting to discuss the results of their pay talks.
