A woman has been charged after the deaths of three cyclists near the Waikato town of Morrinsville last month.
She faces three separate charges of careless driving causing death.
Two cyclists were killed after a car collided with a group of riders. A third died later in hospital.
Inspector Leo Tooman says the tragedy has affected four families.
He says he hopes it serves as a reminder of how quickly situations on the road can change.
A woman, 23, will appear in the Morrinsville District Court later this month.
