Strike action appears to have ended for the meantime in public hospitals following key decisions by separate groups.
Staff who do X-rays, images and scans accepted a pay offer on Wednesday afternoon, while medical laboratory workers are considering an offer.
Strikes by radiographers and lab workers have put extra pressure on district health boards during the past six months.
But radiographers say they have now agreed to a 2.5% pay rise and other adjustments in a deal that expires in September next year.
Radiographers are also urging the Government to take a look at DHB industrial processes, which they claim are full of errors.
DHBs say that is rhetoric, but it is a huge relief to have a halt to strikes.
More than 1000 medical laboratory workers have dropped all industrial action while they consider a separate offer of 2.5% over 25 months.
Lab workers had been engaged in full and partial strike action at 12 district health boards and the Blood Service since June and suspensions of union members have continued in Canterbury until this week.
The union says the offer will not address members' concerns about a loss of relativity with other professions, but it will put it to members.
Meanwhile, junior doctors are still considering a pay offer.
