Police in Wellington say they will continue their scene examination at a Wellington apartment block after the death of a man on Sunday.
The Whanganui man, 20, fell from the sixth floor balcony of the Taranaki Street building at about 7:30am.
Detective Senior Sergeant Donna Howard says it is being treated as an unexplained death until a post-mortem examination is carried out on Monday.
She says after that, the death will be referred to the Coroner.
The dead man's name has not been released.
