Police used road spikes to halt a stolen car that was pursued through south Auckland on Friday morning.
Police cars followed the car from Otara and a helicopter tracked it along the southern motorway to the Ellerslie-Panmure highway.
Officers spiked the car and arrested its four occupants about 9.30am.
