Police in Auckland are investigating the discovery of a body found floating under a wharf at the Downtown ferry terminal.
A police spokesperson says a member of the public saw the man's body in the water at about 8am on Monday and alerted authorities.
She says it has been removed from the scene and will undergo a post-mortem examination later on Monday.
A cordon remains around the area where the body was found.
