Police have recovered the body of a man missing after the boat he was in capsized on Friday evening.
Four people were on the boat on Lake Alexandrina in South Canterbury when it capsized.
Three of them managed to get to shore and raise the alarm.
A police dive squad was brought in on Saturday afternoon to join the search.
The dead man has been named as Francis Paton Sanders, 59, of Timaru.
Police say none of those on the boat had been wearing life jackets at the time.
The matter has been referred to the coroner.
