The Samoan government has not ruled out going to the New Zealand High Court following a broadcasting watchdog's rejection of a complaint against TV3.
The Broadcasting Standards Authority says the Samoan government was given fair and reasonable opportunity to respond to allegations of financial mis-management in the current affairs programme Campbell Live.
Samoa's Attorney-General Aumua Ming Leung Wai says the government strenuously denied those allegations when the programme first aired and continues to deny them, Radio New Zealand International reports.
