Police say a search for a man missing for about a week is continuing and are not ruling out sinister reasons for his disappearance.
Brett Hall, 47, lives in Palmerston North but owns a lifestyle block off River Road, north of Whanganui.
The caravan on Mr Hall's lifestyle block was found unlocked and his vehicle and quad bike were nearby.
Police say this suggests Mr Hall has not gone far.
They are appealing for information from anyone who may have seen Mr Hall or his red Toyota Hilux within the past week.
