Pirongia church fire considered suspicious

The Fire Service says a fire in a church at Pirongia near Te Awamutu in the early hours of Saturday is suspicious.

It says the church, on Meadway Road between Ngahinapouri and Pirongia, was well alight when officers arrived at about 5am.
