People are being warned to steer clear of a new form of coffee laced with a drug very similar to Viagra.
One product, called Sexpresso, is being being advertised on the internet, with the claim it enhances sexual performance.
Food safety officials in Australia and New Zealand are investigating the product.
They say the product does not state on the label that it contains a drug similiar to Viagra.
They say it could cause side effects, especially for people in poor health or on prescription medicines.
