Police say they have concerns for the safety of a man who has gone missing from the town of Waiuku, north of Auckland.
They say Reuban Morrison, 35, was last seen walking along Karioitahi Road towards the beach at about 7.30am on Friday morning.
Police Search and Rescue teams have been searching the coastline for him, and police are asking the public to contact them with any sightings.
Mr Morrison is described as Maori, about 1.8m tall, of solid build and a full black beard.
