A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with three bank robberies in central and west Auckland over the past two weeks.
Police in Auckland said the unemployed Avondale man would face charges of aggravated robbery and making demands with menace when he appeared in the Auckland District Court on Wednesday.
It is alleged the man robbed Kiwibank outlets in Grey Lynn and Henderson and the Westpac bank in Ponsonby.
