Air New Zealand says one of its planes stranded in Sydney since Thursday morning with a possible fuel leak was cleared later and took off for Auckland.
More than130 passengers were delayed in Sydney while the Airbus A320 was checked.
The flight was scheduled to leave at 7am and finally took off about midday, arriving in Auckland in the afternoon.
