Firefighters across the country are beginning industrial action as they battle with the Fire Service over a pay rise.
Crews will still attend all emergency callouts during the action.
Firefighters Union president Steve Warner says low pay combined with shiftwork is unfair on staff.
The union is calling for a pay rise of 8.75% over the next year.
Earlier the union said the action would include refusing to record data, offer training or maintain equipment.
