An Auckland couple who admitted to the systematic abuse of their 9-year-old daughter will be sentenced next month.
The girl's parents, who have name suppression, admitted a number of child abuse charges earlier this year.
The severity of the case sparked a national inquiry into how the abuse went undetected for so long.
Some of the charges the couple face carry a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment.
The pair will be sentenced at Auckland District Court on 21 December.
