Christchurch police have laid a murder charge in relation to the disappearance of a teenage boy nearly four months ago.
Hayden Miles was 15 when he went missing in August.
For the past 10 days police have been examining the Linwood house where he was last seen.
Police said a 27-year-old man will appear in court on Monday charged with the teenager's murder.
An 18-year-old woman will be charged with being an accessory after the fact, and a 35-year-old man with a robbery that took place on the last day Hayden Miles was seen alive.
Detective Senior Sergeant Tony Hill says police still have not found Hayden's body and have been searching a property and the Ruru Lawn Cemetery in Linwood on Sunday.
