A 32-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of a baby in South Auckland.
Terepo Taura-Griffiths, aged 1, died in November this year from a skull fracture to the rear of his head and a massive brain bleed.
Police believe the injuries were caused shortly before he was taken to hospital on 4 November and say at the time he was in the care of a married couple in Otahuhu.
The accused was due to appear in the Manukau District Court on Wednesday.
