Police have named the two victims of a head-on car crash on the Kapiti Coast on Friday.
They were Stephanie Anne Fox, 18, and Lance Kevin Reilly, 39, both of Titahi Bay.
Two adults and three children from the other car were taken to hospital following the crash, which happened on State Highway One north of Paraparaumu.
