Latest Quotable Value figures for June show domestic property values continue to fall across New Zealand.
National property values grew 0.1% in the year to June, down from 2.4% in the year to May.
House values dropped 1% in the Auckland region and 4.3% in Dunedin.
The Wellington region is still showing a slight increase on last year, at 1.1%.
All of the main provincial centres also show a drop in annual growth when compared to the figures for May.
