Police have arrested two Rotorua women after a dramatic fight at a supermarket was caught on film and posted on the video sharing site YouTube.
The pair, aged 30 and 50, will appear in Rotorua District Court on Monday charged with aggravated assault and theft.
The incident involved angry shouting, swearing and punching and has been viewed by almost 16,000 people on YouTube, with many of them commenting.
Detectives say the YouTube clip was a very useful addition to their investigation.
Police are not commenting further.
