The body of a swimmer missing from a bay north of Wellington, has been found
Albert Alapati, 24, was caught in a rip at Titahi Bay on Saturday while swimming with relatives.
Mr Alapati's body was found just before 5am on Thursday at the southern end of the bay, by police searching the shoreline.
Extensive aerial, land and marine searches for Mr Alapati had been carried out over the past five days.
