Rotorua police have arrested two more people in relation to the alleged murder of a Polish man in Kuirau Park earlier this week.
A 20-year-old Rotorua man has been arrested and charged with murder and will appear in Rotorua District Court on Friday.
A 14-year-old from Rotorua has been charged with assault and was expected to appear in the city's Youth Court on Thursday afternoon.
This follows the arrest of a 21-year-old unemployed Rotorua man, who was charged on Wednesday night with murder and a 15-year-old who was charged on Thursday morning with assault.
The body of Roman Henry Skorek, who was 64, was found in Kuirau Park early on Tuesday morning.
Detective Inspector Mark Loper says search warrants were carried out at three Rotorua properties on Thursday morning.
He says the investigation team found items relating to the homicide, including property belonging to Mr Skorek.
As a result, the police dive squad was focusing on the Utuhina Stream near Sunset Road.
Police say further charges are likely to be laid.
