Two men have been charged in relation to a fatal truck crash on the Otira Highway between Arthur's Pass and the West Coast.
Napier man Pikiora Lewis Jones was killed in June when the truck he was driving plunged 24 metres off the road to the edge of the Otira River.
Two men now face charges of carelessly operating a vehicle causing death.
They will appear in the Greymouth District Court on 14 February.
