The man accused of killing a six-month-old girl in Ngaruawahia in Waikato last year has reappeared in court.
Matthew Ellery, 21, is charged with the murder of Serenity Jay Scott at her home in April 2011.
He appeared in the Hamilton District Court this afternoon via an audio visual link from Waikeria Prison in the King Country where he is being held on remand in the prison's at-risk unit.
He was again remanded in custody with his case to be recalled in April 2012
