Police in Waikato have charged a second man with murder following a drive-by shooting in Waharoa.
Desmond Arahanga, 28, died after being shot four times from a car as he stood with a group of friends on McGowan Street on Sunday.
On Thursday Jared Apiata, 23, was charged with murder.
Police have now arrested another man, 26, who surrendered himself to police in Mangere. He was to appear in the Hamilton District Court on Friday.
Police believe there may have been more people in the car and have not ruled out further arrests.
