A third man has been charged with murder following a drive-by shooting in the town of Waharoa in the Waikato on 27 July.
The unemployed man is accused of killing Desmond Arahanga, 28. He appeared in the Hamilton District Court on Tuesday, and was remanded in custody.
The first of two other men charged with Mr Arahanga's murder reappeared in court on Tuesday.
Jared Apiata, 23, was originally charged with assault. He made a brief appearance in the Hamilton District Court and was remanded in custody until 7 October.
A second man accused of murdering Mr Arahanga will reappear in court on Wednesday.
