Two boxers from Samoa who were in American Samoa for last week's Flag Day Boxing Tournament have been arrested in connection with the alleged assault of another man.
Henry Tyrell and Fiamaua Hala have been charged with misdemeanor public peace disturbance.
More charges are expected to be filed this week.
Court documents say the pair were taken into custody for the alleged assault of another man.
The victim of the alleged assault is being hospitalized for injuries and he too is expected to be charged with public peace disturbance.
Tyrell and Hala remain in custody under US$200 bail each.
