Five Nauru secondary school students are likely to be charged following the death of a 22-year-old university student from Tonga last Saturday in Suva.

The Fiji Sun reports the Police Chief of Operations, Rusiate Tudravu, saying the students are in custody and are likely to be charged after an autopsy is completed.

Sione Tufui, a second-year student who was doing a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems and Physics at the University of the South Pacific was allegedly involved in a brawl with a group of men outside a Suva nightclub.

Mr Tufui was rushed to hospital but could not be revived.
