A tsunami warning is no longer in place following a magnitude 7.3 earthquake that struck eastern Indonesia.
The quake on Saturday was at a depth of 40km and centred in Halmahera in the Maluku Islands.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre reported no risk of a Pacific-wide tsunami.
It had said tsunami waves were possible for coasts within 300 kilometres of the quake centre.
