ACC Minister Judith Collins has confirmed she has hired Julian Miles QC to deal with her defamation case.
Ms Collins is taking the case against two Labour MPs, Trevor Mallard and Andrew Little, and Radio New Zealand over comments about the leaking of an ACC claimant's name to the media.
