Labour says it will return a bigger and stronger public service television channel to the airwaves if is elected to govern in 2014.
TVNZ 7, a channel that Labour introduced in 2008, was switched off by Television New Zealand on Saturday night, and replaced with a channel showing repeated programming from TV One.
