Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard will make her first visit to New Zealand next week since becoming leader.
Prime Minister John Key says Ms Gillard will address MPs in the debating chamber - the first foreign leader to do so.
The New Zealand Government will use the annual talks to push for further progress on a single economic market, he says.
Ms Gillard will be in the country from 15-16 February. She will attend an official luncheon at Parliament in Wellington, address a business luncheon in Auckland and visit a school.
