National and Labour have ruled out working with Hone Harawira's new Mana Party.
The MP for Te Tai Tokerau launched the party at the weekend and plans to force a by-election.
Prime Minister John Key says he will not work with Mr Harawira now, or after November's election.
Labour leader Phil Goff says the Mana Party is welcome to support a Labour Government, but Mr Harawira will never be in a support arrangement with Labour because he is unreliable.
