The Auditor-General has found a second case of the misuse of the MPs travel entitlement by the husband of former National Party MP Pansy Wong but says there was no pattern of wrong doing.
Mrs Wong resigned from Parliament in December 2010 following revelations her husband Sammy had done private business during a taxpayer subsidised trip to China.
The pair refunded the Parliamentary Service $237.20 each for one leg of the December 2008 trip.
But the Auditor General, Lynn Provost has now identified another trip by Mr Wong which broke the travel rules.
She says the visit was for private business purposes and Mr Wong was not entitled to the rebate of $152025 that was claimed.
In a statement, Pansy Wong accepts the report and says neither she nor her husband intentionally abused their position.
