Vice Premier Hui Liangyu of China will meet New Zealand Prime Minister John Key and several other Cabinet Ministers on Tuesday.
Mr Key says they will discuss China's relationship with New Zealand.
He says Vice Premier Liangyu will also give an update on the health of the Chinese economy.
