United Future list for election

8:37 pm on 20 October 2011

The United Future Party has released its list for the general election.

Leader Peter Dunne takes first place, with Doug Stevens, a former tertiary educator who runs a website on fishing in New Zealand, second.

A former chief of staff to Mr Dunne, Rob Eaddy, is No 3.

Sultan Eusoff, a former Singaporean diplomat and now chief executive of the Federation of the Islamic Associations of New Zealand, is fourth on the list.

Fulltime fishing guide Alan Simmons is fifth.

Party president Judy Turner, a former United Future MP, says the list is a mix of maturity, experience and fresh faces.

The election will be held on 26 November.
