The Kiwi Party says the anti-smacking law will be "gone by lunchtime" if it gets enough support on election day.
Party leader Larry Baldock announced its first five priorities in an address to the party's annual conference on Saturday.
Mr Baldock said the anti-smacking legislation is the most anti-family socially destructive legislation that Parliament has passed in a long while and its repeal is the first priority.
The party also wants binding referenda on controversial issues, the minimum wage increased to $15 per hour. It says it will raise the drinking age and clamp down on anyone supplying alcohol to minors.
Its fifth priority is to invest in marriage and relationship enrichment courses through faith based charities.
