Police warn against approaching bail breacher

Police in Waikato are warning a man they are seeking for breaching bail on violence charges may be armed and should not be approached.

Three arrest warrants have been issued for Issac Simon, 39, for breaching bail on 18 assault, drug and domestic violence charges.

Police say he was allegedly involved in an incident when two people were shot at in a Hamilton park in December last year.

They say he is thought to have been travelling around Hamilton in recent days and has also been sighted in Rotorua.

Police believe Mr Simon has access to firearms.
