Police say the death of a man whose body was found on Auckland's North Shore doesn't appear to be suspicious.
The body of Michael Oliver, 58, was found in a creek in Beach Haven Wednesday afternoon by a member of the public.
Police identified him on Thursday after a post-mortem and have told his family.
They say officers are still investigating how he died but don't believe there was foul play.
