The Fire Service is investigating a suspicious fire at a home in Auckland's Snells Beach last night.
People were inside the building at Ferndale Drive last night when the fire started at 10.50pm.
They all escaped the blaze.
The Fire Service said when firefighters arrived at the scene the house was well ablaze.
Fire Safety Investigators are at the scene this morning.
