An 18-year-old man accused of killing a man in Huntly earlier this month has been granted bail.
Peter Hepi is charged with the murder of Kevin Rimaha, 32.
He died from stab wounds following a disturbance involving a number of people.
In the High Court in Hamilton today, Justice Woolford allowed bail on the condition Peter Hepi lived in the Far North with his Grandfather, observes a curfew and does not use illicit drugs, drink alcohol or make any contact with Crown witnesses.
His trial was set down for April next year.
